Ghana: launched the first series of Readers

According to All Africa Global Media, The University of Ghana, Legon, in an effort to fully move to a world class University of Research in Africa, as part of its 65th anniversary has launched the first series of Readers to encourage research and book writing among university lectures.

The Readers are a collection of essays reflecting developments in the discipline or sub-discipline over several years in the Arts and Humanities, Business, Clinical Sciences, Physical and Life Sciences.

The University of Ghana Readers publications was a reflection of an AfricaUniversity initiative to highlight the University of Ghana’s significant contribution to the development of thoughts and the study of critical issues for Ghanaian and African societies over the 65 years.

The Readers’ programme, is an attempt to enable individuals to work together, think together and find together as a team.

This is good for the country in developing passion for reading and writing.
